Our story is true – just the way we like it in the digital world! It all started with Nicolas Dubouloz. As a technical salesman, he wrestled with his expense reports every month. A big fan of technology, he regularly changed his phone and OS, but could never find the right expense report solution.

So, instead of getting annoyed every month, he did what any good tech expert would do: he created his own expense report application! An app that would work on both iOS and Android, making life easier for everyone.

For employees, the chore of filling in expense forms by hand and keeping the receipts in a shoebox is a thing of the past! And accounting departments no longer need to manually transfer the details of each paper receipt into a supporting document.

In short, a solution that’s good for everyone! In 2015, when Nicolas and his business partner Jean-Joseph created their company N2JSoft, they knew that their software could really help companies. But they had no idea that nine years later, the company would have over 140 employees who would be speaking French, English, Italian, Spanish, and German at work!

Since its creation, N2JSoft has always kept in mind the need to support companies in their digitalization: this is why, after the creation of the N2F – Expense reports solution, we added a professional bank card module and created the N2F – Supplier invoices solution.

Constantly growing, the group is expanding its solutions to make administrative tasks easier for companies and save them even more time.
